Our Lovely 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa
with West Facing Pool is located at Indian Point Kissimmee, just
10 minutes from Disney World and 2 minutes from the nearest Restaurants and Wal-Mart
Supermarket .
The
Living Area is
furnished and carpeted complete with cable TV, and VCR. Patio doors
lead to the covered lanai and swimming pool.
The Dining Room has
a beautiful glass topped table and seating for 6 people.
The Kitchen with sunny
breakfast area has table and 4 chairs and is fully equipped complete
with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and large American style fridge
with ice maker. The large washing machine and tumble dyer are located in the garage
The Master Bedroom with
queen size bed has cable television and patio doors leading out to
the Lanai and Pool Area.
The large en-suite bathroom has a twin corner bath, his & hers
basins, toilet, large shower cubicle and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 has a double
bed, cable TV and an en-suite bathroom with basin, toilet and bath with shower
over.
Bedroom 3 has twin
beds.
Bedroom 4 has a double
bed with single bunk above, Cable TV and an Xbox with games.
The family bathroom has
bath with shower over, toilet, basin and adjoins bedrooms 3 and 4
Games Area has a Dual Play Pool Table / Air Hockey Table and Ceiling fan.
The villa benefits from a large west
facing swimming pool, deck area and covered lanai. The area is covered
by a mesh enclosure which provides protection against insects. Your
sun tan is not impaired!
The covered lanai with patio table and chairs has a doorway leading
through to the family bathroom. We also provide an Electric George
Foreman BBQ Grill for our guests use.
All bed linen and towels are provided
(including beach towels for use around the pool). |
