This beautiful villa, just 10 minutes from Disney, could be the little bit of luxury you always promised yourself. We invite you to share our 4 Bed 3 Bath vacation home with it's two Luxurious King Size Master Suites and fully screened & heated Pool/Spa, where we will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. The villa has everything you need to provide the freedom and versatility you and your family want on your holiday, a world away from cramped hotel rooms.

The spacious Family Room is luxuriously furnished and overlooks the pool area which can be accessed via large patio doors fitted with a pool alarm to prevent the kiddies from sneaking out unnoticed. A ceiling fan is fitted to enhance the air conditioning. The furnishings include two 3 seater and two 2 seater sofas. One of the three seater opens out to provide a queen size bed if required. Alternatively there are two foldaway beds that can be used if preferred. Entertainment is well provided for with large cable TV , DVD Player, CD Player/ Radio. A selection of films and audio CDs are available for your enjoyment as are a wide choice of games and books to keep children and adults fully amused. The Dining Room provides facilities for more formal dining with a beautiful suite comprising Glass Table and Wrought Iron Dining Chairs decorated with Gold leaf designs. The villa boasts a PC with free high speed Internet access (including wireless) provided free of charge. The Kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience including; large cooker with ceramic top, microwave, dishwasher, double sink including waste disposal unit with spray, and large fridge freezer which has automatic ice maker and chilled water supply. Normal kitchen appliances are provided including, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, blender/processor, indeed all your cooking and dining requirements are catered for, all you have to do is bring the food The Nook is an informal dining area overlooking the pool. It is open plan with the family room and the kitchen. There is also a separate laundry with large capacity washer and dryer. In the laundry you will also find an Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Through the laundry room access is gained to a fully air conditioned Games Room complete with pool table, air hockey, Fussball and electronic darts. We also provide local, long distance and international telephone calls free of charge.

Master Suite 1: Unashamed luxury from the King Size Four Poster Bed to the sumptuously appointed en-suite bathroom. This spacious bedroom will bring that little bit of romance to your vacation. Patio Doors lead you directly out on to the lanai and pool deck. Very tastefully decorated it is equipped with remote controlled Cable TV / DVD and Radio / CD digital alarm. There is also a large walk in wardrobe providing all the storage space you will need. A ceiling fan enhances the air conditioning. The En-Suite Bathroom comprises a large walk in shower, spacious corner bath (big enough for two), twin his and hers vanity units with large illuminated mirrors, toilet, linen closet, bathroom cabinet and ceramic tiled floor. It is also equipped with a hair dryer. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Master Suite 2: Another spacious bedroom with King Size bed and direct access on to the Lanai and pool deck.!
Beautifully decorated and well equipped with remote controlled Cable TV / DVD, Radio / CD digital alarm and ceiling fan. Large walk in wardrobe provides all the storage space you will need.En-Suite Bathroom. The bathroom suite again comprises a large walk in shower, spacious corner bath (big enough for two), twin his and hers vanity units with large illuminated mirrors, toilet, linen closet, bathroom cabinet and ceramic tiled floor. It is also equipped with a hair dryer.

Bedrooms Three and Four are large twin bedded rooms and have the benefit of ceiling fans. Both have walk in wardrobes and are equipped with remote controlled Cable TVs. Bedroom 3 also has a Playstation 2 with a selection of Games. For your Toddler's safety we also provide bed guards that can be fitted in seconds if required. The third bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet, vanity unit and is equipped with a hair dryer.

The fully screened Swimming pool is 26’ x 13’ and is set in extended decking. It is in the sunshine all day long and has underwater lighting for that refreshing late evening dip. Heating is available if required. A full set of luxuriously upholstered pool furniture is provided with comfy sun loungers, recliners and dining furniture. The pool is visible from the family room, kitchen, nook and master bedrooms so mum and dad can easily keep their eyes on the kiddies, as an additional safeguard all doors leading to the pool area are fitted with a pool alarm. The raised Spa is ideal for relaxing and refreshing the weary body after the hectic days enjoying all the delights that Florida has to offer. The covered, fan cooled Lanai gives you welcome shade on those hot days and provides the ideal location for those alfresco meals. An outdoor/indoor electric grill is provided so you can recreate all the enjoyment of the outdoor B.B.Q. without all the hassle. Because the plots on Tuscan Ridge are larger than normal you won’t feel hemmed in by your neighbours, the villas are offset to improve privacy. To maximise your enjoyment we have landscaped the garden at the rear, a hedge has been planted to provide privacy and beds of shrubs surrounding Palm Trees give the authentic “Florida Feel”. Flowering shrubs, set in white marble chips, have been planted around the pool screen, we have created a lovely setting for you to relax by the pool. At night time the area is transformed as floodlights illuminate the Palms and ornate garden lights decorate the screen flower bed.

Countryside at Tuscan Ridge is a quiet and beautiful development with a nice mix of residential and vacation homes that blend together well to form a really pleasant community. All of the properties are built on larger than normal plots and houses have been offset to improve privacy. The community is bordered by orange groves and the whole ambience provides the ideal retreat to chill out after all of the day’s exertions. Tuscan Ridge is well located on US Highway 27 close to Walmart,  Publix and numerous shops and restaurants, it is just minutes from the bright lights of US192 with all of it’s attractions, shops and eating establishments. Close by is the Interstate 4, that provides easy access to and from airports and the beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. If golfing is your passion then there are 4 courses within 10 minutes, including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate.
