Our Florida Villa is set on the Tuscan Hill development , which is styled in an unique Mediterranean setting . The property is located in Davenport on highway 27 and is a few minutes drive from the 192 which gives easy access to all the major theme parks and attractions.

The property is set in a quiet cul de sac and is part of the Tuscan Hills gated community. There is a clubhouse on site which is available to all persons staying in our villa. The club house has a games room, gym area and an internet access room. There is an outside tennis courts with a children's play area and volley ball courts.

The villa itself has 5 bedrooms 3 doubles and 2 twin rooms. Two of the bedrooms are en suite with walkin showers and there is a further 1.5 bathrooms.

There is a splendid private pool and Jacuzzi area which can be screened off for safety and pool heating can be arranged.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and everything you need. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and there is a dinning area next to this also.

There is a very comfortable lounge area which has cable TV and DVD,S. The house has a pool table and dart board for your use.
