Living room
Has 32"TV,with cable,VHS and DVD, Stereo CD player and X BOX, with games,
has a large corner sofa with 2 reclining chairs built in and also has a sofa
bed. Tastefully furnished with coffee tables and occasional tables with table
lamps. Cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan and air conditioning all help to keep
you cool.

Main dining area has dining table and six chairs
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, large microwave oven, fridge\freezer,
dish washer, waste disposal, washing machine and spin dryer are in
garage. Crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
Bathrooms
Master suite with walk in double shower and beautiful sliding doors,
vanity unit, second bathroom has bath\shower also with beautiful
sliding doors, vanity unit.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom is very spacious with Queen Bed, Cable T.V. D.V.D. radio
alarm, telephone by bed, large walk in wardrobe, beautiful new bed,
dressing table and bedside cupboards. Has ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2
Has twin beds, bedside cupboard, table lamp and clock radio, chest
of drawers with Mirror, Cable T.V., D.V.D player, and large wardrobe.
Has a ceiling fan and the room boasts an animal theme.
Bedroom3
Have twin beds a beautiful new wooden bedroom suite, with bedside cupboard,
table lamp, Cable T.V.DVD player and a large fitted wardrobe, and
ceiling fan. This room boasts a cool blue theme.
Outside the Villa
The pool and Hot Tub area is very private with two 6ft fences at each
side and a 5ft fence at the bottom of the garden, tropical shrubs
and palm make this an ideal place to relax,(the beautiful butterflies
like it too.) There is a covered lanai and the patio furniture is
top of the range, we have inflatable toys for the children to enjoy.
Pool heat is available on request.
Smoking is restricted to pool terrace only please.
Additional facilities include Games
Room with pool table football table and electronic darts High chair,
crib, buggy, babies bedding, 2 hair dryers, hair straighter, and numerous
games, X box with games. D.V.D, S Cable T.V., Towels, bed linen, night
