Our beautiful well maintained villa is situated just off the Highway 192. It is approximately 10 minutes from the Disney Parks and close enough to local restaurants that cater for all tastes. The house has just been refurbished with new paint and carpets throughout. It is well maintained by a responsive and friendly local management company. Despite it's proximity it is in an established quiet community that allows peaceful reflection as and when required.
The home enjoys a brand new King sized bed in the main room with a
Queen sized bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third
bedroom. Two well equipped bathrooms enjoy a shower, wash basin and
toilet with the 2nd bathroom enjoying a bath tub aswell. The kitchen is well appointed with a cooker (range), large new fridge freezer with ice and water machine, modern microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and food processor. The dining table seats four people with an additional four seats at the kitchen worksurface, if needed.
FREE high speed wireless internet is provided with a computer available should you need it at no additional cost. Sit back and enjoy the free digital cable TV that is provided, or sit back and enjoy a DVD whilst watching the 40" flat screen TV. I have also just added a ROKU box which allows you to watch FREE movies on the TV too. For the younger, and not so young guests, I have included a PS2 with a number of games for you to enjoy. In the garage you will find a games room with a pool table, soccer table and dart board for your enjoyment. If all of this is not enough, you have access to FREE calls to US/Canada both cell and fixed lines phones, as well as FREE calls to fixed line numbers in the UK.
All linen and towels are included in the rental. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and a clothes line in the garden.
The pool is fully screened for your comfort and has a pool heater
for the winter months for an additional £75 per week. The rear
garden has 6 feet fencing. The pool area has a covered area with a patio table and chairs for you to enjoy the long warm evenings at the house after a hectic day at the nearby parks. I have included two sun beds for your enjoyment.
The home is fully air conditioned with a brand new AC system that can also be heated in the winter if required.
