Our Family Run for Family Fun vacation home offers 1st class spacious living accommodation for at least two families. Fully air conditioned this home is equipped with luxury furnishings and amenities throughout. The 2,500sq ft of living space provides two separate lounge areas. One formal lounge with classic sofas and coordinated dining suite for those festive occasions and a second vaulted ceiling family room. This room hosts a 53 in large screen TV and cinema surround sound with a library of films to suite all tastes. Sliding doors lead out to the pool area and conservation view. Also located on the ground floor is our fully equipped kitchen with every labour saving device. A separate utility room houses a family sized washer /dryer and ironing facilities.  

The ground floor has a Queen bedroom with sliding doors leading to the pool. There is an adjacent bathroom and twin bedroom which offers an ideal family suite .All bedrooms have Double storage/Dressers/Mirrors/TV/DVD/Radio alarm clocks and lamps. All linen and towels provided. There is a also separate WC .

New for May 2005 a dedicated games room with 8ft slate bed pool table / Darts / air hockey / Fooseball/ pinball etc........................Also A PC /Printer and FREE broadband internet access for guest use. A Playstation 2 console and games are also provided for children's entertainment !

Upstairs accommodation has a huge gallery landing with picture windows looking out into Conservation Woodland leading to all bedroom /bathroom areas. The master bedroom is lavishly furnished with a large imposing King size bed. En suite facilities include sunken bath/large shower/his& hers illuminated vanity units and walk in closets. Hairdryers provided in all the bathrooms .

There is a further full bedroom and twin room with two single beds and adjacent bathroom/shower/wc.All amenities of other rooms also provided in this family suite.All baby equipment provided FREE of charge (cots,stroller,safety gate,highchair etc....)

Built on a larger than average plot, the house boasts an oversized screened deck with illuminated pool and spa, overlooking private gardens and woodland.

The surrounding deck has luxurious patio seating and dining facilities for family entertaining. There is a large lanai with ceiling fan providing shade from the all day Florida sunshine!

Child security alarms are fitted to all sliding doors leading to the pool area for parental peace of mind. Alarms can be activated or deactivated by guests themselves. The pool may also be fully screened off when not in use for further safety.
