The spacious 24foot lounge area features deep pile carpet, a vaulted cathedral ceiling, two feature windows and a comfortable corner suite a 32 inch TV with 70+ cable channels, a DVD player with a 20 movie selection and a VCR player are available for guests to use. The Dining area is separated from the lounge and features a full length table with seating for 6-8 people. There is also a smaller breakfast area with table and chairs. Double sliding patio doors lead onto the oversized pool deck area directly from the lounge. The fully fitted open plan kitchen has all the modern day conveniences you will need on your well earned break. From the dishwasher to the microwave oven, standard hob and oven and a large 'American sized' refrigerator. There is also a waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and in the double garage is a washing machine and dryer units iron and ironing board.

The pool at the rear of the property has a 30 foot length and 15 foot width. It is surrounded by a pool deck and covered area. The 'lanai' or undercover porch has a table, chairs and sun loungers for your enjoyment and there are pool toys available for the children. The pool has solar heating but if you require extra heating during the winter months it can be arranged. There are no other Villas overlooking the rear of the property and you will enjoy uninterrupted sunbathing.The property is surrounded my manicured gardens to the front and back.
