Immaculately clean and furnished to executive standards, the villa is available for holiday rental from UK and Worldwide guests. Approx 10-15 minutes drive to Disney.

Rental rates are the same ALL year with the exceptions of Christmas/New Year and Easter. Please see below.
The rental cost INCLUDES Pool heating, all taxes and fees, free local AND international phone calls, all linen and towel (except beach towels). Tea and coffee and 24 hr management company services. Free wireless internet connection.

Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably, Southern Glen is an ideal base for your Florida holiday, near enough to the hustle and bustle of the theme parks but far enough away to enjoy some rest and relaxation.
The pool heat is left on for ALL guests at no extra charge and will take the chill off the pool to enable you to walk right in. All doors and windows to the pool area have child safety alarms. These MUST be left on at ALL times.

The villa is comfortably furnished with deep sofa’s, glass coffee and dining tables, 52 inch HDTV /dvd/stereo system in the lounge. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and cable TV’s and ample closet space. The bathrooms (1 en-suite) have power showers, dressing room style mirrors and hairdryers. A fully fitted kitchen and Laundry facilities are provided.

The management company are available 24hrs for emergencies and can also provide extra services such as baby sitting (with advanced notice ) attraction tickets and grocery packages. Please ask about these when booking.

The Manors is a secure sub-division with regular police and security patrols and also has community facilities for holiday guests to use. These include a fitness centre, open air pool, internet access and a lounge area for tea and coffee. A children's play area is also provided.
