Our luxury villa is located on the prestigious Lindfields Community in Kissimmee.

Our luxury fully air conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with games room, occupies a premier position in a very peaceful area on the Lindfields community. The Lindfields community is renowned as one of the most prestigious locations in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Perfectly situated directly off the 192 Highway, with Disney World only 3.5 miles away. Our villa offers a beautiful, quiet and relaxing environment away from the bustling crowds, whilst at the same time been on the doorstep of all the major attractions.

The villa is beautifully built in Grand Floridian Style, with an open plan interior, designed using natural tones and unique decorative features to create elegance and luxury. The main living area overlooks the south facing patio/pool area and features both 2 and 3 seater settees for your comfort, complete with a large cable TV, DVD player + films, CD Stereo and Playstation + games for your enjoyment. Patio doors extend from this area onto the beautiful pool deck and lanai.

The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area incorporates every modern appliance that may be required if you decide to create a meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast area with table and four chairs, this area also overlooks the south facing pool and deck area. Overlooking the side of the house is the dining area, featuring an elegant dining table with six chairs.

Our larger than average Master suite features an American king size bed and is complete with its own Cable TV / DVD Player, alarm clock radio and telephone. This beautiful bedroom has its own patio doors which extend onto the pool area. Adjacent is the spacious master en-suite bathroom, featuring a private WC, large walk in shower, bath and twin vanity units with mirrors and spot lighting.

Both bedroom 2 and 3 are individually designed and decorated, one featuring an American Queen size bed with a beautiful Palm theme. The other with twin beds and designed with the 'Scattered Mickey' theme - complete with unique Mickey TV / DVD player and alarm clock - perfect for adults and children alike. Bathroom 2 services both these bedrooms and features a relaxing Palm effect with bath/shower, WC, sink with mirrors and overhead lighting.

All linens, towels and hairdryers are provided.

For Children and our younger guests - we provide free of charge a full range of nursery equipment including: cot/crib, highchair, stroller, baby seat, bathing equipment, steriliser, bottle warmer, baby monitors + much more. We also provide toddler bed guards.

Coca Cola Games Room!! Fully equipped games room completed with Pool/Billiards table, electronic basketball, foosball, electronic darts and air hockey. We also provide Books, Games, Educational Toys, Playstation, Children's DVD films and a selection of pool toys for all ages.

One of the main features of our home includes this private, south facing fully screened pool and deck area, which takes in the full sun from dawn till dusk. A key factor to remember is that a south facing property enjoys the Florida sunshine all day long, unlike many other properties which don't face south.

Relax in our stand alone heated hot tub / spa - let those jets massage your body ready for the next installment of excitement in Orlando! Complete with Orlando Dream Villa´s personalised towels and robes.

The pool and deck area is fully screened for your comfort to allow the sun in whilst keeping the bugs out! The oversized pool features underwater lighting which enables you swim and relax at night after a long day at the parks. Solar heating is provided free of charge, whilst electric pool heating is optional.

The pool deck is complimented with its own lanai (overhead shelter), this gives you the option of shelter from the excessive heat, whilst still allowing you to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings.

The pool deck also features table & chairs, sun loungers, selection of pool toys for all ages and a gas barbecue for those of you who fancy a BBQ by the pool!

Located on our pool deck area we now have installed a misting system which provides you with a very fine ´mist´ this can be operated by you - you choose whether you want it on or off?? The choice is yours ! See our pics !
