Our Executive luxurious single storey
home built April 2001 is set in the prestigious development of Hampton
Lakes on highway 27 just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and centrally
located for all the attractions the Orlando area has to offer. Set
amongst the Orange Groves and rolling hills of US highway 27 you are
just minutes to shops, restaurants and the main routes of Interstate
4 and Highway 192.
The pool and patio area are fully secure and fully screened to enable you to
enjoy the pool well into the evening, this screen keeps out the bugs and lets
the sunshine in .
The pool deck has ample space for chairs, sunbeds and tables which are provided
for your holiday and is cool decked so that you do not burn your feet even on
the hottest of days.
The 30ft x 15ft wide pool is fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment,
underwater lighting and can be electrically heated should you wish (charge applies)
The large family room is furnished with 2 very comfortable sofas. There is a
large cable TV with over 60 channels and a VCR with a good selection of Disney
and family films.
For your peace of mind our home is registered and licensed for rental use and
conforms to all the relevant safety and security regulations.
We have a monitored alarm, smoke detectors, air conditioning, emergency lighting,
ceiling fans and an electronic keypad entrance control
so there are no worries about losing the keys!
The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances.
There is a cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker,
dishwasher and waste disposal unit.
In the pantry you will find an iron and ironing board along with
general equipment to help you enjoy your stay.
There are laundry facilities - full size washer and dryer available in the garage.
The spacious relaxing luxury appointed Master Suite with access to the pool is
the perfect place to relax and re-charge ready for another fun-filled day!
Furnished with a US Queen bed (5ft), remote controlled cable TV, large mirrored
dresser, and bedside cabinets with lamps, clock radio, 2 walk in wardrobes and
a bathroom of dreams.
The twin marble washbasins, Roman tub, large walk-in shower and separate WC are
luxury in its entirety. A full selection of linens and towels are provided along
with towels for poolside use.Hairdryers are provided in each bathroom.
The Queen room offers a full compliment of facilities with a US Queen bed (5ft),
remote controlled cable TV, occasional chair, large mirrored dresser, bedside
cabinets with lamps, clock radio and a large closet.
There is a bathroom directly adjacent to the Queen room enabling private facilities
should they be desired.
A crib, 2 travel style cribs, highchair, child car seat and a stroller are provided
with our compliments free of charge
In bedrooms 3 and 4 we have chosen a single bunk bed and a single bed optimizing
space and giving flexibility - Not everyone has just 2 kids!They both have large
closets and are ideally served by bathroom 3 which has a double shower, sink
basin and W.C
