Florida Vacation Villas for Rent Close to Disney World Orlando Florida.

Our beautiful family villa is ideally situated in Chatham Park, which is just 10 - 15 minutes drive from Disney World and other major parks. We are only minutes away from the '192' which for those of you that don't know is packed with shopping plazas, restaurants, flea markets, crazy golf and boasts many other attractions.

Chatham Park is a quiet residential community that has its own on-site security patrol. Chatham Park also has its own children's play park, basketball court, community swimming pool and tennis courts. There is also a large lake with a fountain in the centre. Directions to all of these can be found as you enter Chatham Park and all are just around the corner from our villa.

Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our swimming pool is screen enclosed. Relaxing around the pool after a long day at the parks is a great way to end the day. There is a B.B.Q. should you fancy staying in and dining alfresco.

THE MASTER BEDROOM is en-suite and the bathroom has a vanity unit, toilet and round bath with overhead shower with sliding glass doors. The bed is a queen size bed with two bedside tables either side and lamps, there is also a TV, a very large walk-in wardrobe and a large dresser with a mirror. There is also a cot if needed.

THE SECOND BEDROOM
Has a queen size bed with bedside tables, a walk-in wardrobe and a small dresser with a mirror and bedside lamps.

THE THIRD BEDROOM
Has a twin bed and also bunk beds, with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top, a chest of drawers and walk-in wardrobe.
Both of these bedrooms share the second bathroom which has a toilet, vanity unit and a bath with over head shower with sliding glass doors. There are hairdryers, straightners and curling tongs in both bathrooms. Bed linens and towels are provided for your use.

THE LOUNGE Has two large comfortable sofas. The TV has around 70 channels. There is a DVD player with a selection of DVD's and a VCR with a selection of videos. There is also a CD player with cd's for your use. You will also find a games console for the kid's . We also have a PC which is internet ready with broadband connection. We also have a CD burner so that you can down-load photos from your camera onto a CD. The large dining table comfortably seats six people.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with, a dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, electric kettle, cooker, toaster, saucepans, crockery and cutlery, should you decide to cook for yourselves during your stay. There is also a breakfast table which will seat 4 people.

The washing machine and dryer can be found in the garage as can the iron and ironing board.
In the garage you will also find a highchair and stroller (pushchair/buggy) for your use if needed.

We also have an Air-Hockey table and Foosball (Football) table in the garage along with a darts board with soft-tip darts for safety. There is also a wide selection of board games for all age groups.
