Our beautiful privately owned 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with South-West Facing Pool, Separate Children's Pool and Games Area is situated on the Indian Point development in Kissimmee, which is only a 10 minute drive from all main Disney Attractions and 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The Villa is fully air conditioned and is superbly furnished to accommodate up to 10 people.

The kitchen with Breakfast nook has all modern conveniences including microwave, cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with Ice-Maker, Utensils and Crockery

The Utility Room has large Washing machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board

There is also a Formal Dining Area has glass topped table and 6 chairs.

The main living area has 2 Settees (one a sofa Settee) a reclining chair, ceiling fan, Occasional Tables and lamps. Digital Cable TV, DVD player and Hi Fi have also been included for your enjoyment.

The Master Bedroom has king size bed with mirrored wall, a telephone, cable TV and alarmed patio door which leads to the pool area.
The large en suite bathroom comprises of a toilet, large corner bath, double vanity unit and separate shower cubicle, hairdryer and a large walk-in closet

Bedroom 2 has queen size bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, Walk in Closet and Cable TV.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, beside cabinet, Television, Playstation with Games, large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 is a themed "Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too" room with twin beds and a large wardrobe and drawers.

2nd Bathroom has WC, shower over the bath and vanity unit.

The South-West Facing Pool is 25' X 11' and for our younger guests we have a separate children's Pool.
For added peace of mind we have installed an alarm system on all external doors leading to the pool area.
The patio area and covered Lanai are equipped with padded loungers, chairs and a table. The Pool and Patio areas are covered by a mesh screen that provide protection all year round against insects and also keeps the pool area clean. Don't worry your Tan will not be affected!

The heated pools are thermostatically controlled all year round.

Games Area We also have a separate Games area with a 10 in 1 multi games table, a 7 foot pool table, Dart board and many games, tennis and golf equipment..

Our villa is fully equipped with Electric BBQ, Cot/Crib, highchair, towels and all linens.
