of central Florida. Our 6 bedroom 3½ bath vacation home is
beautifully
furnished and decorated with luxurious appointments, quality
bedding
and spacious rooms. Two master bedrooms and a private pool
with southern
exposure to a forest preserve makes this wonderful villa truly
enchanting.

be less than 2 miles from Disney - no busy motorways to

The kitchen features all
upgraded appliances
and all the utensils that you will need during your visit.
The main dining area, and the kitchen breakfast nook combine
to give
table seating for up to 14 people to eat at the same time!
There's
a queen-size sleeper sofa in the sixth bedroom which doubles
as a reading
room when not needed as a bedroom.
The downstairs master bedroom features its own glass doors
leading
to the pool.
A stunning split-stairway leads to the second master bedroom
to the
left, with bedrooms 3-6 on the right.
Sleeping accommodations for 14 people includes 2 master suites
(each
with a Queen-size bed), with spacious en-suite bathrooms,
dressers,
night-stands, walk-in closet space, radio/alarm and a TV. A
further
bedroom has another queen-size bed, dresser, night-stand and
closet
space. There are also 2 Disney-themed twin bedrooms, each with
a pair
of twin beds, closet space and night-stands. Finally there's
another
queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. The kids will love the
interactive
Disney furnishings.
The heated, South facing screened pool looks out onto secluded
and
private woodland to the rear, and guarantees fun in the
sunshine and
the perfect spot to soak in the rays or splash into the
cooling waters.
The pool complies with new safety regulations, with a special
barrier
for child safety.
The home features a fire and intruder alarm system, wired to
central
dispatch. A cot/crib, high chair and gas BBQ are provided at
no extra
cost.
Guests have full privileges to the Emerald Island Resort
clubhouse,
which includes a games room, sauna, exercise room,
internet-connected
computers, tennis and volleyball courts, and community room. |
