"Having visited Central Florida many times this is the best villa we've ever stayed in. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with so much to do it rivals a day at the Theme Parks! The pool area gets the sun all day and the Hot Tub and Games Room are a real bonus. The location is also really central and handy for all shopping, restaurants and attractions. Maggie is superb to deal with and the local management are friendly and very helpful. If you're looking for a great vacation accommodation in Central Florida then look no further - you won´t be disappointed!"

It is superbly equipped and furnished to a high standard for the occupancy of up to 10
people.
Pool Area - Sit back, relax and enjoy the Florida Sunshine - Private heated pool, Hot Tub, Separate Children's Pool, Large Deck Area, Covered Lanai and luxury Padded Furniture awaits your arrival. The pool area is fenced for privacy and all doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for added peace of mind.
Fancy a meal outside? No problem, we have provided an electric George Foreman BBQ Grill for your enjoyment.
Scooby Doo's Games Area - Explore your competitive side in our fun Scooby Doo games area. Try your luck at Pool, Table Football, Air Hockey Table or Electronic Darts.
Tennis racquets are provided for use at the community Tennis Court.
The Kissimmee Area has numerous Golf Courses for you to explore. Don't want to take your own Golf Clubs?
No Problem, we have provided 3 sets of clubs, 2 men’s sets and one ladies set.
The large kitchen with
breakfast area is superbly equipped to a high standard and includes: -
oblong table and 6 chairs, cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher,
toaster, coffee maker, kettle, utensils, crockery, bake ware, pots & pans, Tea Pot, wine glasses, tumblers, plastic ware for use
around the pool, plastic scooby doo plates, bowls and small tumblers for our young guests.
The large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are
located in the double garage.
The magnificent mirrored Dining Area with glass topped table and padded wrought iron chairs is the perfect setting for a relaxing meal with friends and family.
The lounge with ceiling
fan and three comfortable sofas has a light and airy feel. Settle down and enjoy the entertainment centre with expanded Digital Cable TV (including Fox Sports
channel), Hi-Fi, DVD and VCR. A selection of books, videos, Dvds and games are included for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Master Bedroom 1 with
en-suite facilities, has a American KING size bed, ceiling fans, Digital
Cable Television, DVD Player, Telephone, chest of drawers and a large walk in Closet.
We have also included a Laptop Table and Chair for those guests wishing
to bring their own Laptop and use the FREE Wireless Internet Access.
The en-suite has Toilet, twin corner bath, large shower cubicle and
twin vanity unit.
Master Bedroom 2 with
en-suite facilities, has a American QUEEN size bed, cable television
with DVD Player, telephone, chest of drawers and a large walk in closet.

Bedroom 3 - Scooby Doo's Den with double bed with a single bunk above awaits those who are "young at heart". Enjoy the

Bedroom 4 - The Captain and his crew anticipate your arrival in the lighthouse room. This twin bedroom has lights over the beds, Cable Television, DVD player, chest of drawers and a closet.
The 3rd bathroom has Toilet, bath with shower
over and a vanity unit.
All bedrooms have fans, large walk
in closets and drawer units.
For our guest with occasional
mobility problems we have included a manual wheel
chair as an optional extra.
The Villa Wheel Chair provides you with the convenience of having a wheel chair
with you when you arrive at the Parks saving you the walk to and from the rental
office. Also you have the benefit of being able to use it whilst shopping.
The villa comes superbly equipped with
every thing you might need for a great vacation including; safe, alarm clocks, hairdryers,
beach towels, towels, all bedding, pool heating, telephone with free local, national & international calls
